CannonDesign is hiring a part-time temporary Helpdesk Technician to support its IT team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves monitoring and closing helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft Office issues, preparing and upgrading employee equipment, testing hardware and software, and maintaining peripherals. Candidates must be enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor degree program in Information Technology or a related field and have knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. The position requires an in-office presence, may require travel, and pays $21.25-$26.25 per hour with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
