Description
The Dispatcher receives and records emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritizes requests, dispatches technicians, vehicles, and other field units, monitors their routes and schedules, and enters call and activity data into a computer system. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, accuracy, stress management, CAD knowledge, fast typing, and a high school diploma or GED; two years of previous experience is preferred. It is a full-time, largely sedentary warehouse-branch position with no travel, and offers paid vacation, paid holidays, and a 401(k) match.
