Description
Securitas Technology is hiring a Service Dispatcher to join its Maintenance Department immediately in Hamburg and the surrounding area. The role plans and dispatches maintenance teams, prepares maintenance orders, coordinates materials and appointments, monitors service visits, manages service orders in a digital system, communicates with customers, and supports billing, purchasing, warehouse, and sales processes. Candidates should have dispatch or service-scheduling experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ERP or service-management-system knowledge, and a basic understanding of technical processes; English and maintenance or security-systems experience are desirable. The position offers regular Monday–Friday hours, a permanent employment contract, vacation, pension contributions, accident insurance, training, and employee discounts.
