Description
The Electrical Installation and Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, modifies, and repairs electrical distribution systems and equipment; inspects and tests transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears; completes work orders; uses blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer manuals; surveys systems and circuits; and troubleshoots electrical issues. The role requires a clear background check, driver's license, high school diploma or GED, at least two years of electrical-trade experience, teamwork, the ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, hand-eye coordination, and strong communication skills. The technician may work out of town and after hours.
