Eaton is hiring a Service Enablement Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional programs that improve service delivery capability, adoption, and consistency across EMEA. The role integrates operational excellence, quality, performance management, enablement, and technology and digitalization; manages governance, risks, budgets, KPIs, stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and executive reporting; and drives measurable business outcomes across 20+ countries and five service lines. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field and 8–12+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or operations leadership.
