Eaton is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across operations, engineering, construction, technology, finance, supply chain, procurement, and business functions. The role covers program strategy, governance, stakeholder coordination, budget and schedule management, risk and resource planning, operational readiness, change management, KPI monitoring, executive reporting, and support for data center campus and infrastructure initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, PMO, or related leadership roles.
