Newmedica is hiring a Service Engagement Lead to grow NHS and private ophthalmology referrals across Wirral, Cheshire and North Wales. The role builds relationships with optometrists, GPs and NHS stakeholders; develops engagement, marketing and educational initiatives; analyses referral trends; coordinates events and community outreach; and supports the organisation’s reputation and sustainable growth. It is a permanent, non-clinic, hybrid role requiring relocation or commutable distance from the office, with a salary of up to £45,000 and additional benefits.
