Description
The HVAC Service Engineer performs routine servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and after-sales support for chillers under service agreements. The role also coordinates customers, contractors, and technicians; manages spare parts; monitors equipment through the Carrier Smart Service Platform; prepares technical and performance reports; conducts training; and supports the Service Manager while maintaining EH&S and customer-site safety compliance. Hands-on chiller experience, knowledge of chiller systems, electrical and control drawing interpretation, and familiarity with BMS, IoT, or smart service platforms are preferred.
