The role provides on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware in Memphis, Tennessee. The position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional support for different shift hours and on-call availability. The pay range is $38.00 to $41.61 per hour, travel is not required, and the contract-to-hire arrangement is possible.
