Description
Eaton is hiring a Service Engineer for its Electrical business in Bangkok, Thailand. The role provides after-sales technical and service support for electrical power products, including installation, testing, commissioning, repair, modifications, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment start-up, fault resolution, customer support, and 24x7 rotational standby. The engineer will also advise customers on equipment status and replacement schedules, support quality management, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least three years of field experience in service and testing of electrical power products are required; experience with switchgear, RMU, and busway is preferred.
