scia Systems is hiring a Service Engineer to provide service, maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, training, documentation, spare-parts quotations, upgrades, and after-sales support for its ion beam and plasma systems. The role can be handled remotely from the Chemnitz location or performed on-site at customers in Germany, Europe, America, or Asia, with travel limited to up to 25% of working time. Candidates need a technical apprenticeship, engineering degree, or several years of experience in electrical, automation, or mechatronics engineering, along with technical knowledge, customer orientation, English skills, and a car driver’s license.
