The role also involves coordinating replacement-inverter logistics, supporting service partners, documenting cases in CRM software, delivering training, and improving after-sales processes. Candidates should have a technical degree, fluent Chinese and English communication skills, and knowledge of photovoltaic, energy-storage, and EV-charger requirements; prior PV industry experience is advantageous but not required.
