The Service Engineer will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Solplanet string inverters and associated communication equipment, including remote and occasional on-site troubleshooting, firmware updates, customer training, intervention reporting, and customer satisfaction management. The role requires a Bac +2 in electrotechnical techniques or control systems, electrical hazards training, knowledge of inverters and photovoltaics, English proficiency, adaptability, and willingness to travel nationally or internationally.
