Description
Microsoft is hiring a Datacenter Integration Services (DCIS) Service Engineer to support the physical infrastructure powering Microsoft’s cloud services, including Office 365, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on standardizing datacenter operations, responding to production incidents, performing root-cause analysis, developing automation and standard procedures, and collaborating with engineering, supplier, partner, and customer teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least two years of technical experience in software, network, service, systems, or industrial controls engineering, along with the ability to obtain the required U.S. government Top Secret clearance and other security and citizenship verifications. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 102,100–202,200 per year, with higher ranges in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
