Description
The Service Engineer will direct and perform scheduled, unscheduled, heavy, and wreck-repair maintenance on 4500 HP and 6000 HP locomotives, ensuring work is completed within timelines, cost, and quality requirements while maintaining documentation, safety, and work-area standards. The role requires engineering or applicable technical training, 7–12 years of locomotive or rolling-stock maintenance experience, prior transportation-industry experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work in a shop environment across different shifts and days.
