Description
The Service Estimator evaluates HVAC service repair, retrofit, and replacement projects; prepares accurate labor, material, subcontractor, and proposal estimates; conducts site visits; coordinates bids and won work; maintains pricing and vendor databases; and supports customer support and sales. The role is primarily office-based with occasional field visits, full-time and hourly, and requires at least three years of commercial HVAC estimating, project coordination, or technical sales experience, along with HVAC knowledge, technical-documentation skills, estimating software familiarity, and a high school diploma or GED.
