Service Excellence at Lowe's

This role involves coaching and modeling service excellence through accurate and high-quality order fulfillment, including picking, staging, and validation. The individual will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and partner with the Pro Sales team to manage orders. Key responsibilities also include supporting inventory accuracy, ensuring safety and organizational standards, operating and maintaining powered equipment certifications, and assisting with scheduling.
