Exponent is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Service Executive to oversee field operations for High Voltage (HV) Bus Chargers. This hybrid role involves leading a team of Field Technicians and Bus Charger Operators, ensuring seamless charging operations, and providing real-time technical leadership. The successful candidate will manage daily activities, coordinate schedules, monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and compliance. They will also act as a primary contact for technical escalations, offer remote and on-site support, document solutions, and contribute to crisis management.
