The role combines mechanical service of construction equipment with scheduling, customer communication, safety and quality oversight, recordkeeping, staff training, and leadership of equipment technicians. Candidates must have eight years of construction-equipment industry experience, relevant equipment-service certifications, and three years of lead or supervisory experience.
