Description
The role installs, services, and repairs pedestrian power and automated doors and glass panels at customer sites, using electrical, mechanical, and electronic skills. The technician drives to jobsites, completes repairs, maintains service documentation and inventory, and may promote service, sales, and preventative-maintenance contracts. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 to 3 years of experience installing and servicing pedestrian power doors, glass-installation experience, and a valid driver’s license; it involves travel, on-call weekend and after-hours work, and lifting 50 pounds regularly.
