N-Clean is hiring a Service Instructor for commercial cleaning in the Uusimaa region. The role supports daily cleaning operations at customer sites, plans work allocation, ensures quality and safety, guides and onboards employees, collaborates with customers, and regularly participates in practical cleaning work. The position is permanent and full-time at 37.5 hours per week, with weekday and weekend shifts starting at 6:00 a.m., and pays €2,235 per month. Applicants must have cleaning experience, strong organizational and customer-service skills, Finnish or English communication ability, a valid work permit if not Finnish, and a driver's license.
