Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring a Service Lead in Deer Valley, Arizona, to support the branch and service managers with shop flow, repair prioritization, service quality, documentation, parts ordering, safety, and training. The role performs approximately 75% preventative maintenance and major repairs on rental and delivery equipment, including construction equipment, gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drive trains, and welding. The position pays $29–$39 per hour depending on experience and requires mechanical knowledge, computer and typing skills, physical ability to lift up to 90 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.
