Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Service Management Architect in Bangalore to lead the technical execution and modernization of enterprise post-sales service management and resource scheduling platforms. The role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated solutions covering service cases, resource scheduling, labor confirmations, part ordering and returns, ERP, CRM, billing, Fiori, SAP CRM WebUI, middleware, and related SAP integrations. The position requires 10–12 years of IT experience, including 10+ years in service management, resource scheduling, and dispatching, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
