Description
The role leads, coaches, and develops installation technicians and support staff while managing scheduling, staffing, productivity, quality, customer concerns, safety, and department performance. It also recruits and retains talent, partners with Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery teams, resolves escalated issues, and improves operational efficiency. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, at least five years of appliance installation or related field service experience, and leadership, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience is preferred.
