AIR Communities is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead maintenance operations and a high-performing team at an apartment community in the San Diego area. The role oversees service requests, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, vendors, inventory, building systems, budgets, resident satisfaction, capital projects, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need at least five years of maintenance, facilities, or building operations experience and three years leading maintenance or technical service teams. The position offers an expected annual pay of $80,000–$90,000 plus a 15% target bonus, monthly customer-service bonuses, medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
