ECL Group is hiring a Service Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery for a fuel-service and maintenance business across the region from Wellsford to Bluff. The role reports to the Regional Manager and involves leading field teams, managing customer relationships, enforcing safety and compliance standards, planning resources and contracts, improving branch performance, and tracking budgets, margins, pricing, and growth opportunities. Candidates should be qualified electricians with industrial experience, have strong maintenance, contract-management, and field-operations knowledge, and demonstrate leadership, HR and HSE process knowledge, commercial acumen, and customer-care skills.
