The role oversees the daily operations of the HVAC service department, supervises and trains technicians, coordinates service schedules, manages customer relationships, monitors performance metrics, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, collaborates with sales and parts teams, and manages service budgets. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of HVAC service experience, leadership ability, strong HVAC knowledge, and a valid driver’s license; HVAC certification, service-management software experience, process-improvement success, and Tennessee code familiarity are preferred.
