EquipmentShare is hiring a Service Manager for its rental facility in Garden City, Kansas. The role leads Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians, coordinates repairs for customer- and company-owned equipment, monitors work orders and service intervals, orders parts, diagnoses equipment issues, manages customer relationships, responds to customer inquiries, trains employees, and maintains a safe work environment. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and requires industry knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer service, team leadership, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
