EquipmentShare is hiring a Service Manager to lead Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians at its rental facility in Warrenton, Missouri. The role coordinates and supervises equipment mechanics, schedules repairs for customer- and company-owned rental equipment, monitors work orders and service intervals, orders parts, diagnoses equipment issues, maintains customer relationships, responds to customer inquiries, trains employees, and maintains a safe work environment. The position runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and requires industry knowledge, strong customer service and communication skills, experience leading maintenance teams, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
