EquipmentShare is hiring a Service Manager for its rental facility in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The role leads Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians, coordinates and supervises equipment service, schedules repairs for customer- and company-owned rental equipment, manages work orders and parts, responds to customer inquiries, and supports employee training and a safe work environment. The position runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and requires industry knowledge, strong customer service and communication skills, experience leading maintenance teams, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
