EquipmentShare is hiring a Service Manager to lead Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians at its rental facility in Conley, Georgia. The role coordinates and supervises equipment mechanics, schedules repairs for customer- and company-owned rental equipment, monitors work orders and service intervals, orders parts, diagnoses equipment issues, maintains customer relationships, responds to customer inquiries, trains employees, and maintains a safe work environment. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and pays $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience, with medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees.
