Heathrow is hiring an IT Disaster Recovery Lead to safeguard the resilience of its critical systems. The role leads the design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of IT disaster recovery plans; coordinates with cybersecurity, IT services, and business continuity teams; ensures compliance with regulatory and industry requirements; and provides guidance and training to internal teams. Candidates need proven experience in IT disaster recovery planning and execution in complex organisations, knowledge of business continuity and IT infrastructure, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Aviation or transport experience, cloud recovery solutions, and certifications such as CBCI, ITIL, or ISO 22301 are preferred.
