Service Manager at InCharge Energy

InCharge is hiring a Service Manager to lead the day-to-day sales and revenue generation of its Sales & Service office. Reporting to the Branch General Manager, the role supervises service technicians and electricians, coordinates dispatch and training, provides technical escalation, manages service-truck compliance and maintenance, and approves work orders, labor reporting, and payroll. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of electrical service, maintenance, construction, or related field operations experience, and leadership of field-based electrical service crews. The full-time role offers a US salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 plus health, dental, and vision benefits.
