Pomp’s is hiring a Service Manager to manage daily tire-service operations, including diagnosing tire issues, handling customer inquiries, scheduling service needs, delegating work, supporting inventory and shop production, following up on accounts, training service employees, and maintaining an organized workspace. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; management and sales experience and prior tire-industry experience are preferred.
