ProForce Pest Control is hiring a full-time Service Manager for an onsite Atlanta Metro area role. The hybrid position supports and coaches Service Professionals, maintains route completion and customer satisfaction, resolves client concerns, trains and mentors team members, and flexes into a management role during peak season. The role requires pest-control industry experience, knowledge of methods and compliance, customer-service and onboarding skills, and the ability to obtain required licenses or certifications.
