Rose Valley is hiring a full-time Service Manager in Houston, Texas to organize, direct, and supervise the maintenance and repair program for buildings and grounds. The role plans and schedules maintenance, repairs, replacements, and installations; coordinates with other departments; supervises maintenance personnel; requisitions supplies; inspects equipment and facilities; maintains records and costs; and handles emergency calls. The position requires a high school diploma or technical school education, at least two years of maintenance experience, blueprint and technical manual interpretation, knowledge of codes, OSHA regulations, record keeping, cost estimating, and the ability to direct others.
