Kaikaranga is hiring a Service Manager - Enabler to lead a new wraparound service supporting disabled and neurodiverse tamariki under 12 who have been stood down or excluded from school. The role manages the Kaitūhono team, builds partnerships across education, health, disability, and community sectors, oversees commissioning resources, manages risk and complex situations, and contributes to evidence-informed system-level change. Candidates should have leadership experience in disability, education, health, or community services, experience working across complex systems, strong stakeholder relationship-building skills, knowledge of disabled and neurodiverse children in education, and a commitment to equity, Kaupapa Māori approaches, and culturally responsive practice. The position is permanent and full-time.
