AECOM is hiring a Service Manager – Hydroelectric Structures Team in Montreal to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, professionals, and technicians specializing in hydroelectric structures. The role manages technical, operational, and strategic activities; oversees civil and structural engineering projects; provides technical direction; supports proposals and client relationships; and promotes digital tools, innovation, and sustainable practices. The position requires a civil engineering degree, OIQ membership, at least eight years of relevant experience including significant hydroelectric experience, and proficiency in French and English. It offers hybrid work options and does not provide Canadian work-permit sponsorship.
