Electra Link is hiring a Service Manager to lead and grow its commercial low-voltage and structured cabling service department. The role oversees field technicians, scheduling, dispatch, customer relationships, service delivery, workforce planning, revenue and profitability, safety, employee development, and recurring service opportunities. The position requires at least five years of experience in commercial low-voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, technology integration, AV, security, or related field-service operations, plus at least three years of supervisory or management experience.
