Description
Koorsen is hiring a Service Manager - Security in the Cincinnati, Ohio area to provide daily operational support to technicians, sales staff, office staff, leadership, and customers; coordinate staffing; review technician paperwork; complete performance reviews; manage payroll, PTO, and discipline processes; and ensure compliance with safety, training, and industry-code requirements. The role requires 4–8+ years of technician and/or operations experience, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet state licensing or vendor certification requirements. The schedule is 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.
