Securitas is hiring a Service Manager to oversee service operations across Borås, Skövde, and Trollhättan. The role manages customer care, service agreements, preventive and extra maintenance, subcontractor and service-partner relationships, customer visits, presentations, and the allocation of work to security technicians. It combines service management with customer-facing business development and requires experience in technical service, security technology, project management, or service management, along with Swedish upper-secondary grades, English proficiency, a Category B licence, and regional travel. The position is full-time with a start date by agreement, a six-month probationary period, and an application deadline of October 7.
