Egon Zehnder is hiring a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to develop, configure, administer, and improve the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and adoption across operations, infrastructure, and application teams. The position is based at the Knowledge Centre India office in Gurgaon and requires five years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITSM and CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping expertise, and knowledge of scripting, APIs, MID Servers, and Agile development.
