Gotion Inc. is hiring a full-time ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications supporting IT Service Management and related modules. The role includes configuring workflows, service catalogs, automation, integrations, and multiple ServiceNow instances; maintaining documentation; collaborating with business stakeholders; and supporting SPM, CMDB, Contract Management Pro, HRSD, and Workplace Service Delivery initiatives. Candidates need at least three years of ServiceNow Developer or Administrator experience, strong ITSM expertise, relevant certifications, and proficiency in configuration, scripting, workflow automation, and integrations. The U.S. base salary range is $80,000–$90,000, with bonus and benefits eligibility.
