Description
The Branch Service Officer supports the efficient day-to-day operations of a bank branch while delivering exceptional customer service. The role handles routine transactions, assists with teller duties, enforces compliance and fraud-prevention protocols, supports audits, resolves customer issues, identifies cross-selling opportunities, mentors front-line staff, and assists with back-office tasks. It requires a high school diploma, at least three years of branch-operations experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and English fluency; Korean is preferred. The full-time position pays $31.00–$34.00 hourly plus bonus and benefits.
