Philips is hiring a Service Operations Director to lead service operations for a global interventional cardiology and vascular device portfolio. The role owns field performance, delivery execution, training, service quality, compliance, operational improvements, and service readiness across North America and international partners. It requires substantial service leadership experience, people management, knowledge of regulated medical-device environments, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, commercial, and supply chain teams. The position is office-based, requires at least 7 years of progressive service leadership experience including 3+ years of people management, and offers annual base pay ranging from $151,000 to $270,000 depending on location.
