Element Biosciences is hiring a full-time, onsite Service Operations Program Lead in San Diego, California, to own the operational cadence, release readiness, portfolio management, stakeholder coordination, and service-process improvements for its Service & Support organization. The role partners with Business Systems, Sales, Commercial leadership, and field teams; requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience plus 3–5+ years in service operations, program management, or commercial operations, along with Salesforce and Jira experience. The position offers a base salary of $97,000–$118,000 plus stock options, a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, a 401(k) match, and flexible paid time off.
