Sungrow is hiring a contract Customer Service Coordinator to support its service team with customer support, quote-to-order execution, CRM management, service administrative work, pricing, parts coordination, billing, and process improvement. The role requires strong Excel, communication, organizational, and computer skills; solar experience is preferred, while CRM tool experience is required and SAP C4 Hana experience is a plus. It is a hybrid position based in Houston, Texas, with 10% possible travel and no visa sponsorship.
