Continental is hiring a Service Owner/Developer to oversee and improve the ContiConnect Service across its full lifecycle. The role combines IT service management leadership—covering service delivery, incidents, problems, changes, governance, security, reporting, and stakeholder coordination—with developer work on feature implementation, technical improvements, automation, and release coordination. The position requires a relevant university degree, at least three years of IT service management experience, more than two years of Java and Spring Boot experience, and familiarity with ITIL, enterprise ITSM tools, microservices, APIs, SQL, Git, and CI/CD.
