PolyPeptide is hiring a Service Owner Productivity for its global End User Enablement team. The senior technical role owns the lifecycle, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of productivity platforms, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, conference room technologies, and digital signage. The role collaborates with global IT, PMO, local IT, and business stakeholders; develops service roadmaps; supports digital workplace projects; and provides third-line support and knowledge transfer. It requires 10+ years of IT service management or similar experience, strong Microsoft 365 and Power Platform expertise, ITIL knowledge, and fluent English.
