The SPO – Western NY manages and oversees service delivery across the Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Southern Tier regions. The role builds client and regional-management relationships, delivers vendor quality-control programs, validates services, resolves customer and operational problems, conducts site surveys and inspections, trains vendors and store personnel, and supports emergency mobilization. It is 80%+ on the road, requires extensive driving and travel, and offers a full-time salary of $68,000 to $75,000 per year plus vacation, holiday pay, 401k, and profit-sharing incentives.
